Northern Nights Music Festival is a one-of-a-kind celebration nestled amidst the scenic backdrop of Northern California's redwood forests. Boasting a lineup of diverse musical acts, captivating art installations, and a strong commitment to sustainability, it offers an unforgettable experience at the intersection of nature and music.
During the festival campaign I assumed the role of Media Coordinator, overseeing the internal photo and video team and orchestrating a seamless flow of visual content. This encompassed the development of a detailed shot list and close collaboration with the media team to guarantee the capture of essential content. Additionally, I coordinated the execution of captures essential for festival marketing initiatives and managed the efficient intake and meticulous organization of media assets, ensuring a streamlined process during and after the festival.
Notable accomplishments
The festival's founders expressed their gratitude for the extensive coverage we managed to attain throughout the entire weekend. This achievement was made possible by the strategic and efficient processes that I meticulously established and oversaw. By optimizing our workflows and coordinating our efforts seamlessly, we were able to capture and showcase the essence of the festival comprehensively.
