DGTL LIB is a dynamic and innovative digital adaptation of the renowned Lightning in a Bottle festival, offering a unique online experience that brings together music, art, and community in the virtual realm.

In the unprecedented backdrop of the 2020 global pandemic that confined people indoors and led to the cancellation of large-scale events, including Lightning in a Bottle, Do LaB faced the challenge of transforming the LIB experience into a captivating digital live stream festival. As the Social Media Manager working pro bono, I undertook the task of developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the DGTL LIB festival, spanning across multiple platforms including Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. In addition to managing these platforms, I also assumed the role of overseeing community engagement and providing customer support, even serving as a moderator in the Twitch chat during live broadcasts.

Notable accomplishments

The team's efforts yielded outstanding results as we managed to captivate an impressive audience of over 1 million unique viewers on Twitch over the course of a three-day period. At the peak of our live stream, we held the top spot on the Twitch homepage and achieved an extraordinary concurrent viewership of 30,000, a testament to the hard work that was put in to produce these events in a short amount of time.
