We feel it when we see a friend we haven’t connected with in a while. It's that feeling when we cross paths with a new lover, when our family is together, or when we learn something new. That magic, that lightning, is hard to deny.⁠

Throughout the LIB 2022 campaign, I assumed the role of Social Media Manager as part of the Hatched Creatives team. My primary focus was steering the ship of social media initiatives, which encompassed formulating strategies across various platforms, overseeing monthly social media calendars, crafting compelling visual content, composing engaging copy, executing posts, and fulfilling the responsibilities of a community manager.

While at the festival, I also took on the role of Media Manager, leading a team of 15 photographers. In this capacity, I was responsible for curating shot lists, producing real-time images, and efficiently organizing our media assets.

Notable accomplishments

Throughout the campaign, I managed the deployment of an impressive tally of more than 500 strategically crafted social media posts. These posts were carefully designed to resonate with our target audience and promote engagement, resulting in a remarkable uptick of approximately 19,600 new followers across our active social media platforms. This substantial growth underscored the effectiveness of our content strategy and demonstrated our ability to connect with our online community.
